We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, we request that the item be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number (found in the order confirmation email sent by us) or proof of purchase from an authorized dealer.

To start a return, you can submit the request in the form below on this page or contact us at info@mushandbow.com. Our customer support representative will immediately initiate the "return and the refund/exchange" process for you.
We will email you requesting the time best suited for the delivery agent to pick up the package and your funds will be transferred back into your account with in 7-10 business days ( you may check the status of the return at any time using the support form below). In case of an exchange or replacement, a new wallet will be delivered to you in exchange of the old one.
To check the status of your refund, simply choose "Refund-status" option and mention you order number in the body and click submit. Our customer care representative will email you within 24 hrs after checking with our Accounts department of the status of your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchange will be initiated along side the return process, instructions will be emailed to you once the return and replacement process is initiated.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. After inspection, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You may check the status of your return at any time on the customer support form found below.
