Warranty policy

 

A great deal of dedication and passion has been poured into designing and building all of Mush & Bow's products. We stand by our promise to only ship you the best, and due to any unfortunate shortcomings on our side, if any of our products fail to delight you or meet your expectations, we offer a full refund for any manufacturing defects or a replacement for 2 years.However, we would be delighted to hear your thoughts and experience of putting a Mush & Bow product to use and how it has served you and how we may improve to serve you better.

  • If you wish to return your wallet in exchange for full refund or replacement: Simply submit the request in the support form found on the returns and refunds page using the same email address you ordered the wallet with.
  • Our customer support team will immediately initiate the "return and the refund/exchange" process for you.
  • We will email you requesting the time best suited for the delivery agent to pick up the package and your funds will be transferred back into your account with in 7-10 business days ( you may check the status of the return at any time using the support form below). In case of an exchange or replacement, a new wallet will be delivered to you in exchange of the old one.
  • To check the status of your refund, simply choose "Refund-status". Our customer care representative will email you within 24 hrs after checking with our Accounts department of the status of your refund.

2-Year warranty 

We are very strict with our quality control at all stages of manufacturing, production and shipping. As a "no compromise on quality" measure we use SGS (SGS is the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company) for our quality control and inspection at the post-manufacture/pre-shipping stage. But occasionally something might slip through the cracks and so you are protected with a 2-year warranty on all of Mush & Bow products.

Terms and Conditions :

1. Purchase must be made directly through mushandbow.com or an authorized dealer.

2. If the item was purchased through an authorized dealer, you must provide proof of purchase (online receipt /invoice).

3.This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect.

4. In case of a gift, please write directly to us at info@mushandbow.com for support.
